Coach Allison

Inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame, Black Belt krav maga, 3rd degree black belt San Soo, Certified personal trainer, Certified kid’s trainer, Over 20 years of experience

Coach Allison started training with her father, Coach Ken, when she was 6 years old. She is a black belt in Krav Maga and a 3rd degree black belt in San Soo. Coach Allison is also a certified personal trainer. Coach Allison trained and fought out of Tommy’s Gym where she eventually lead a jump rope class for the members. Coach Allison works with people, training them, both in Krav Maga and in personal health. Guiding them physically, mentally, and plans out healthful meals and eating habits.
