What to Expect on Your First Visit

1. Arrive 10 Minutes Early

Plan to arrive about 10 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to park, find our facility (Unit B), and complete a quick waiver form. We'll have you ready to train on time!

2. What to Bring

Wear comfortable workout clothes (t-shirt and athletic pants or shorts). We train barefoot, but you can also wear wrestling shoes if you prefer. Bring a water bottle and a positive attitude—that's all you need!

3. Meet Your Instructor

You'll meet Coach Ken or Coach Allison, who will welcome you and give you a quick orientation. They'll explain the class format, answer any questions, and ensure you feel comfortable before we begin.

4. Train at Your Pace

Your first class will be adjusted to your fitness and experience level. We'll introduce you to basic techniques and let you work at a comfortable pace. There's no pressure—just focus on learning and having fun!
